It is understood that Ashley & Ko. Event Planning/ Designs, LLC is the official servicer retained to perform the decor services requested on this Contract. Please be advised that NO part of any agreed design/setup, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. Ashley & Ko. Event Planning/ Designs, LLC reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, display, publication or other purposes. Upon signature and/or verbal approval/ and deposit, Ashley & Ko. Event Planning/ Designs, LLC shall reserve the time and date agreed upon. The charges in this Contract are based on Ashley & Ko. Event Planning/ Designs, LLC Standard Price List. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed. Bookings are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled/postponed when necessary, and subject to availability. All deposits/payments are NON-NEGOTIABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE.
